This project was a study in bright color and pattern combining, and bringing joy to this family’s space through light renovation, furnishings and accessories. The entryway was dark and flat, and the vaulted great room with low side walls and windows wasn’t meeting its potential. This colorful and nature-loving family brought us in to design a space to reflect them.

The clients hired Sparrow in 2020 to bring depth of color and pattern to their home; to brighten and enliven their entryway; and deliver a combination of playfulness and coziness, with a heavy dose of color and botanicals, to their living room. The green and pink bathroom was designed for their young daughter. Furniture and accessories are new custom and antique.

Total time was 8 months from design to completion
